Tiger’s fee better spent on health

WHAT a waste of money paying a millionaire in Tiger Woods to come to Victoria.

Take the Grand Prix loss.

We would be better off spending the money on some MRI X-ray machines in this country, instead of Sunraysia and Mallee people going to Adelaide for X-rays.

They say it brings money into Victoria, but what part?

If some of the money gets past the Berlin Wall that has been built between the city and country we would not mind.

Ralph Scott,

Ouyen

We offer a new river

cruise experience

As day tour operators we are delighted to now offer a day tour product to Wentworth that incorporates a cruise on The Darling River with the Spirit of the Murray.

Our first tour met with a positive response from all who took part.

The cruise component was quiet, cool, clean and modern and a very relaxing way to spend time on a hot day.

It is a comfortable convenient option for clients who may not be able to enjoy the river in any other style.

The natural beauty of Australia’s two most significant rivers was enhanced by professional commentary and service.

The cruise was a highlight of an enjoyable day for passengers and ourselves.

Phill and Alison Stone,

Discover Mildura
