The game was tight early on with neither team able to score until the fourth innings.

Bears broke the deadlock with two runs, but Magpies came back with one run in the fifth and followed up with another in the sixth to level the scores.

Magpies had the chance to win with bases loaded and two outs in the final innings, but a a strong catch in the outfield by Maddison Cesco saw the game finish as a tie.

Good pitching from both teams played a big roll in keeping the scores so low.
