The Northern Allstars and North West Wanderers will play matches against each other as well as doing battle with the Lightning boys and girls in the seven age group categories at Soccer Park tomorrow and Sunday.

Now in its second year, the Loddon Mallee team includes players from Sunraysia, Swan Hill, Echuca-Moama and greater Bendigo.

The Lightning squads have all made promising starts to this season’s campaign and will all be tested both technically and tactically against some very strong Melbourne competition.

The under 13 boys boast two wins and a loss in their opening three games and they have played some very slick and skilful football.

Voliotis brothers Yanni and George will get the chance to impress in front of their home crowd when they run out for the under 13s.

Zoe Marziano and Lucy Sanderson have shown some good form for the under 13 girls Lightning already this season and will be looking forward to the opportunity of playing on their home turf.
